4.1. Your details, including personal data from our contact form, will be transmitted to us via our own mail server for the processing of your request, further processed, and stored. These data will not be collected or passed on without your consent. Without this data, we cannot process your requests.
4.2. The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG and Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) GDPR.

5. Cookies, Other Tracking Tools, and Web Analytics
5.1. Cookies and functions of the web analytics service Matomo may occur on our website. Cookies are small text information that enables an analysis of the use of our websites. The information generated by them is transferred to our server and stored there; the data is anonymized. They serve to make our web presence more user-friendly, effective, and secure.

7.1. Mat-Master Europe GmbH employs technical and organizational security measures to protect the stored personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological progress.

8. Adwords
8.1. We have integrated Google Adwords on our website. Adwords allows us to place ads in the Google advertising network, which are then displayed, among other things, in search results.
